Rear porch/ back of home / foundation restoration: removed rotten cedar siding on face of upper dormer , installed new siding , miscellaneous rotten wood trim , wood epoxy patching , removal of wood foundation , utilized pvc panels and trim to resist water damage in critical areas , built forms and poured concrete footer . extensive paint removal and sanding performed. Caulked with quad max then a coat of peal bond primer and 2 top coats of emerald satin ( sherwin Williams products ).

Exterior garage restoration project: our crew removed a substantial amount of rotten surface wood as well as internal structural members ( plus wet insulation and damaged electrical boxes) . We installed new beadboard siding and trim in pvc where allowable to resist future componen failure. All painted surfaces were thoroughly mechanically sanded or scrapped then cleaned and caulked before receiving a coat of sherwin Williams peal bond primer to the wood then 2 coats of emerald satin , pvc received 2 coats of emerald topcoat.

We did a porch floor and stairs restoration project involving , paint removal of the floor , floor board patching ( epoxy) and replacement of rotten pieces , jacked up both sides to allow access to rotten structural joists and replaced with pressure treated members , numerous trim items were replaced and or fabricated such ad soffit and facia above steps, and a complete stair rebuild saving only the ballisters and the wooden treads ( also spherical post caps ). Additionally we removed 6 corbels and restored / reinstalled them and restored the bottom concrete step with paint removal ( by angle grinder ) and filled several holes with cement patch . Many components were done in azek ( pvc ) and pressure treated wood for longevity .
